Studio Rentals
We regularly rent out our 5 studios for everything from dance rehearsals to photoshoots to fashion shows. Please contact us to discuss details and to schedule a tour of our facilities. Our regular studio hours are Mon-Fri 10am-10:30pm, Sat 10am-6pm, and Sun 11am-6pm. Primetime hours, which includes Mon-Fri 6:30pm-9:30pm & Sat-Sun 1pm-5pm, incur an additional fee (see below).
Non-profit organizations and multi-hour rentals may be eligible for up to a 20% discount. Please call the studio to see if your rental qualifies.

$150 per hour, $300 during primetime hours (Mon-Fri 6:30pm-9:30pm & Sat-Sun 1pm-5pm )

$90 per hour, $110 during primetime hours
*Studio A (22' x 40')
$50 per hour, $70 during primetime hours
*Studio B (22' 35')
$40 per hour, $60 during primetime hours
*Studio C (22' x 35')
$40 per hour, $60 during primetime hours
*Studio D (22' x 40')
$50 per hour, $70 during primetime hours
