This class is designed to get you in shape through a fun dance workout. Choreographed to the latest Latin and Hip-Hop moves, it's combined with a full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body. The class will end with full length stretch. In two words: “NO STRESS.” Class begins with basic isolations intermixed with Cuban/Latin motions set in a traditional jazz/ballet structure, that works on student’s coordination, strength and flexibility. A smooth, organic blend of Latin, Hip-Hop and Jazz rhythms, encourages you to shed inhibitions, express yourself through fun dance and exercise. The biggest challenge is to HAVE FUN. "It doesn't work if you don't smile!"
