Dear fellow students:

It is my greatest pleasure to introduce you to the three top ranked instructors who will be teaching classes and privates starting September, right after Labor Day weekend:

• Asta Sigvaldadottir – Blackpool Rising Star International Latin Finalist
• Anton Gazenbeek – Master Tango Instructor and Tango Historian
• Yaisuri Salamanca – Master Tango Instructor & World Salsa Champion.

We will have the chance to see them perform this coming Friday, August 31st, during our famous and FREE monthly Sundown party. Do not miss the opportunity to see world class dance performances in an intimate studio setting!

We will also present to you our very first winners of the Student “Wall of Fame”. Witness their signing of their photos, which will be placed on the silver wall in the lounge area! These photos will stay with Stepping Out as part of its history!

Are you thinking or secretly dreaming about performing? Inviting your family and friends to see you in a glamorous setting, showcasing your best dance? We have 2-3 spots open for the September Sundown showcase. If you’d like to perform with your instructor or with your amateur partner please let me know soon. I will secure the spot for you (first come first serve).

We have a new Tango Practica, supervised by studio instructors (Thursdays 9:30 pm until ….). Two or three instructors will be present at every practica to dance with you, answer your questions and help to clarify the steps. It’s a great opportunity to improve your leading and following skills, practice your floorcraft or simply gain confidence and get introduced to the Tango culture in the safe and familiar setting of the Studio.

The September cycle starts on the 4th of September – next Tuesday! The September and October schedule (classes, workshops, Unlimited+ and practice parties) is available in print, but please note that due to the unforeseen surprises that life brings us every day, our schedule may need to be changed from time to time. Our MindBody online schedule is always the most current one, so please always check online to confirm your classes. And to register, simply go on line to www.steppingoutstudios.com. 

Please note that we will be closed for the Labor Day national holiday on Monday, September 3. If you are purchasing 1 to 3 courses which are scheduled for Mondays, you may take any other class to “make up” the September 3 class, or we can give you a credit in your account if you are not taking any “make up” class.

Attention unlimited students: we have added several classes in the month of September, so you will have more classes to choose from and attend overall!

We ran our successful TV ad with NBC last week. And we now we are going be aired on NBC’s Times Square Giant Screen / Billboard, from Wednesday September through Friday, September 31. That’s 13 times a day for 7 days! Please see the exact timetable attached and go to Times Square to check it out – videotape it and post it on your YouTube/Facebook accounts to show to your friends!

We have had a GREAT summer. Quite a few top notch instructors have recently joined our Studio. We’ve improved our studio space and our website for everybody’s benefit and enjoyment. We are ready and looking forward to the fall and winter seasons….traditionally the best seasons of indoor fun for dance schools.
