MUSICALITY OF THE ARGENTINE TANGO with Maria Jose Sosa

How to listen to the different Tango orchestras and be able to dance to them; the difference between position and cadencia; the difference between double time and syncopation.

LATIN JAZZ WORKSHOP with Martina Kocichova

In two words: “NO STRESS.” Class begins with basic isolations inter-mixed with Cuban/Latin movement. Set in a traditional jazz/ballet structure, it will work on coordination, strength and flexibility. A smooth, organic blend of Latin, Hip-Hop and Jazz rhythms, you'll be encouraged to shed inhibitions, and express yourself through fun dance and exercise. The biggest challenge is to HAVE FUN. "It doesn't work if you don't smile!" (No heels in this class)
